I was called out to a home in Knoxville last week where the homeowners were frustrated. They'd had a radon mitigation system installed a couple years back. When their radon levels stayed high, the radon company came back and installed an even bigger fan. Still didn't work.

I was out in Knoxville yesterday looking at a crawl space that needed some work. The homeowner had hired another company a couple years ago to handle their moisture issues. They went with a lower bid, thinking they were getting a good deal.

Right now, I'm in Honduras on a scuba diving trip. And yes, I'm still taking phone calls from customers. The service is spotty, but when I can get a signal, I'm answering questions. This week alone, I've helped several customers, scheduled appointments, and talked through concerns about how cold weather affects crawl

Just wrapped up a job here in Knoxville where the homeowners had been using their crawl space for storage. Holiday decorations, clothes, family keepsakes - all the stuff you want to keep but don't use every day.
